Description

The American Tobacco Campus is seeking an Assistant Property Manager: Security (APM) to assist the General Manager with the daily operations of multiple properties.  

The APM will directly supervise the contract security manager and staff, have the responsibility of vendor coordination and supervision; and coordinate various aspects of property management including landscaping and inside janitorial services as well as other projects as assigned by the senior property manager.

This person must have a strong knowledge of, and enforce, OSHA rules and regulations; will work directly with the General Manager to develop emergency, disaster, and safety procedures and programs.  The successful candidate must have the ability to provide budget information and display good technical knowledge of property management.  

The Assistant Property Manager will assist with the preparation of annual property budgets, monthly financials, aged receivables reports, collections, and tenant meetings.  General knowledge of excel spread sheets to provide budget information and inventory control setup, and ten or more years’ professional experience with security operations.

The successful candidate must have a four year college degree or equivalent experience in security services.
