We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking team member to support our 24/7 Network Operations Center. As a Network Operations Technician you will join an innovative and diverse workplace; supporting a wide range of business communications technologies.      

Pay Range: $20-21/hr.     

This position requires flexibility. You must be able to work Midnight to 8 AM, Monday - Friday as well as additional shifts and work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays if needed. 

You will be responsible for our Network Control Center; providing tier 1 support to our customers, responding to alerts, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.      

• Must be able to work a shift of Midnight - 8 AM, Monday - Friday.
• Flexibility to work days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work other shifts and days as needed.
• Working toward or have obtained an Associate’s Degree.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:     

• Satellite Communications, Earth Terminal, VSAT, Radio Frequency.
• FCC licensing.
• A/V systems integration.
• TCP/IP networking, sys admin, or structured cabling.
• Software, web, or scripting development.
• IP streaming technologies.
