 Be part of the team at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, NC - home of the Durham Bulls a Triple A affiliate of the Tampa Rays.

Position will handle most of the day-to-day operations of the Bulls media relations department.  Along with game day duties, the trainee will handle press releases regarding player transactions, daily game notes and statistical packets, updating and posting of the Bulls roster, and assisting with website maintenance. Pay Rate: $12.00/hr

This individual will also gain experience in marketing, promotions, and game entertainment, working within the department to help develop and execute team marketing initiatives. Trainee will be expected to develop lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with members of the media and press box personnel, as well as Bulls coaches and players.  This is a seasonal position with full time hours; approximately February through September.  

Excellent writing skills (specifically relating to press releases, game stories and feature articles), proven command of social media platforms, and experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop software are required. 1-3 seasons of media and public relations experience in professional baseball and a college degree are preferred. Pay Rate: $12.00/hr.
