Baseball Operations Trainee
This is a seasonal position from May through August; the hours vary depending upon game schedule. This position is designed to provide an array of stadium operations and event management experience to develop talented individuals who are seeking a career in professional sports. The Operations Trainees will be provided with game experience in all of the following areas: guest services, hospitality, parking management, facility management, and event operations.
The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with a strong work ethic and an understanding of essential customer service skills. The candidate should be receptive to instruction and adaptable to various work environments. This position can vary in length from 4-8 months (May-August) based on the schedule of the candidate and the needs of the organization. Trainees will work most events, but hours may vary greatly based on the event schedule.
