Position Overview:

 

Working from our Netherlands office, in this role you will be key in developing awareness, knowledge, and sales across the Apple portfolio of products by building relationships, you will also take full ownership of the Apple product area agreeing and delivering on effective go-to-market strategies to drive the successful growth of Apple products and services.

 

What you’ll do as the Apple Business Manager

  • Manage the Apple vendor accreditation and partner program, ensuring all requirements are met, including completion of Apple certifications
  • Arrange Apple visits, sales promotions and days with sales management and teams across all sites
  • Arrange, attend, and run Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Act as a point of contact for all Apple sales-related activity within the business
  • Build and develop relationships with the Apples team, leveraging this relationship to obtain sales leads
  • Develop a clear understanding of the marketing process ensuring that all activities are monitored and actioned
  • Work with Services in building out a services proposition where required
  • Be an ambassador for Zones within the partner and raise our profile in a positive manner
  • Build and develop relationships internally to drive efficiency
  • Assist with marketing tasks which may include working with third-party companies on collateral and ideas
  • Ensure the delivery of relevant training to the sales team
  • Arrange monthly marketing calls with all Apple
  • Manage Apple funding opportunities with the aim to increase overall profitability
  • Produce accurate reports on all rebates associated with Apple
  • Compile and present weekly reports to send to Apple
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company

What you will bring to the team:

• Previous experience of running an Apple Franchise

• Previous experience in running Partner relationships

• Demonstrates the ability to effectively present information and respond in a professional manner to      teammates and clients

• Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills

• IT literate – knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
