Position Overview:
A Project Manager SAP Hana is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SAP HANA implementation or upgrade projects. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning with business objectives and technical requirements. This position often involves managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and engaging with stakeholders.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Manage expectations and provide regular status updates.
• Lead cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts.
• Assign tasks and ensure collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Understand SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, and integration.
• Ensure best practices for performance optimization and data security.
• Oversee testing phases (Unit, Integration, UAT).
• Ensure compliance with organizational and SAP standards.
• Manage change requests and assess their impact on timelines and costs.
• Facilitate smooth transition and user adoption.
• Track project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare financial reports for management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute go-live activities.
• Ensure post-implementation support and knowledge transfer.
What you will bring to the team:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 10 years of work experience in an IT environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
