Position Overview:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with the team to identify, engage, and close talent on national level. We’re undergoing large-scale growth across our national sales organizations and building a robust pipeline of top talent is an organizational priority.
We're looking for someone who can leverage their experience in sales recruiting, technology sales, consulting, etc. to meet our high-volume recruiting goals. We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and a team player to join our team. This person will manage the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying and presenting potential candidates for in house positions available within Zones nationwide. Be available and willing to work in a hybrid office/WFH model.
You will work in collaboration with leadership to determine Zones critical resource needs, uncover and implement new and hot recruiting strategies, and be a key player in scaling Zones to its next level of growth.
What you will do as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

- Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand needs and put together an effective strategy to deliver a pipeline of qualified candidates for review
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers
- Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing
- Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion
- Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
- Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
What you will bring to the team:
- 5+ years of recruiting in IT Sales and IT Professional/Managed Service Sales
- Proven track-record of successfully sourcing top talent preferably in a sales role in a high-growth technology company
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven results
- Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset, with ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing and a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people leadership skills
- Possess exceptional research, consulting, and executive sourcing abilities
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as a team are vital in an ever-changing environment
- Adapt to changing priorities per business needs
- General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles
- Experience employing behavioral interviewing techniques
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments by asking the right questions
- Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate hiring manager/hiring team’s needs
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust
- Demonstrated organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Stay on top of market trends, tools, and technologies
- Strive to fill all hires with the right talent, on time and on budget
