Position Overview:
The ServiceNow Developer will be a key member of the digital transformation team at Zones, responsible for driving innovative solutions by integrating ServiceNow with Zones ERP and Digital Tools. This role is essential for supporting Zones' mission to accelerate digital innovation and deliver connected, automated technology solutions globally. We seek individuals who are eager to grow professionally and impact business transformation by developing scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
What you’ll do as the ServiceNow Developer:
Employees employed in the role of ServiceNow Developer shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

- Lead the technical development and integration of ServiceNow with Zones ERP and Zones Digital Tools.
- Collaborate with the Architects/Technical Design Team to ensure alignment between technical design and software solutions.
- Own and execute development tasks, ensuring solutions meet the highest quality standards.
- Provide expertise on all technical questions related to ServiceNow, especially the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
- Develop and perform component integration tests to ensure smooth implementation.
- Understand business requirements and the need to standardize processes, incorporating these into design solutions.
- Support large-scale thinking and planning for the project’s success.
What you will bring to the team:
- Expertise in ServiceNow development, with an emphasis on the CSM module.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce processes and experience working with ERP systems.
- Intellectual curiosity, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with agile processes and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across internal and external teams.
You Possess:
- 4 to 7 years of ServiceNow development experience, with a preference for expertise in CSM.
- Proficiency in programming and ServiceNow integration.
- Strong ability to understand and articulate high-level technical solutions to meet business needs.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development and integration.
