Position Overview:

As a part of this role you will be supporting US Based PMM in helping drive market growth and achieve revenue targets through joint market development funds (MDF) and other funding investments with a particular set of partners. You will promote Zones solutions and brand positioning with and through hardware and software partners. You will support the partner marketing relationship to execute growth strategies, deliver on goals and KPIs to support brand development, higher margin focus, and customer base expansion in key target markets. Your ability to translate complex partner technology and architectures into business-relevant solutions, collateral, and marketing initiatives will have a measurable impact on Zones, its partners, and its customers. You're a collaborative player who can roll up your sleeves and lead cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

What you’ll do as a Partner Marketing Operations Manager:

Employees employed in the role of Partner Marketing Operations Manager shall be required to apply their independent minds and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

• Utilizing our project management tool, ensure partner-funded activities are being executed in a timely and accurate manner while aligning to strategy and collaborating with marketing teams
• Assist in driving MDF targets with your partner in collaboration with PMM
• Manage and execute joint marketing plans and activities with your partner (or partners) within budgetary guidelines and deadlines
• Define, implement, and report on KPIs/metrics to track Zones' overall partner marketing performance and effectiveness
• Understand partner's marketing requirements and processes
• Help to ensure timely claiming and payment of receivables
• Ensure an aligned marketing plan with PMM
• Timely revenue recognition of MDF activities
• Management of your partner's financial activities through ERP
• Partner portal content contribution and development to improve marketing performance with partners as needed

Metrics

• Achieve funding targets
• Completion of activities meeting KPIs
• Help bring partners to various activities throughout the year.

What you will bring to the team:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related work experience required.

Certificates/Licenses, etc.:

• CMP preferred.

Required Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in partner relations is a plus.
• 2 years’ experience in project management and PM tools is required. Knowledge of Wrike is a plus.
• Demonstrated the ability to budget and forecast.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
