The Opportunity:
As an HR Coordinator for Ziff Davis’s Technology division, you will support the HR team by coordinating and supporting core HR processes and Talent Acquisition activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth employee experience by maintaining accurate data, supporting hiring efforts, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. 
 
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively across teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate US-based interview scheduling and support various stages of the hiring process, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers. 
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems and trackers 
  • Support responses to employee inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and routing questions to appropriate HR team members 
  • Support HR Generalists with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience 
  • Partner with Payroll and HR teams to process employee changes and ensure data accuracy 
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports to support HR operations and hiring activity 
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs and processes, including performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives 
  • Prepare documentation, templates, and communications for HR use 
  • Identify issues or discrepancies in data or processes and escalate to the appropriate HR team members 
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR team members to support the execution of HR services 
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative support across HR functions 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and comfortable working with HR systems and data, such as ADP
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Interest in developing across HR disciplines, including HR operations and Talent Acquisition

Compensation Range  
Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
