Job Summary:
At Yodlee, we’re looking for a driven and motivated Data Science Intern to join our fast-paced, ever-evolving tech organization. You excel in technical skills and have a desire to learn more.
As a Data Science Intern, you will assist our Data Science and Product teams in systematically retraining large language models (LLMs/GraphLLM) while achieving the operational efficiency. This project aims to explore the feasibility of leveraging localized contextualized data to enable specific objectives. The project also involves conducting a literature survey and developing an accurate and efficient system utilizing language models.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in LLM training, data-driven problem-solving, and collaboration in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research techniques for retraining LLMs while optimizing for efficiency.
- Evaluate the feasibility of using local contextualized data for specific objectives.
- Design and implement workflows that balance the efficiency and accuracy of language models.
- Conduct literature reviews to benchmark best practices in LLM adaptation.
- Document findings, develop models, and create reports or presentations.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with LLM architectures, and fine-tuning ML models.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks (Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Understanding of Knowledge graphs and experience with graph databases such as Neo4j or NetworkX is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing, transformation, and building predictive models/classifiers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Shell scripting, project management tools (e.g., Jira), and Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program:
Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program provides a paid, 10-week, full-time experience for qualified students to learn more about Envestnet and what we do. Interns will receive hands on exposure to the inner workings of their teams and functions.
The 2025 Summer Internship program will begin on June 9th, 2025, and will conclude on August 15th, 2025. All interns must be a commutable distance to an office location and will be expected to work in office.
