Job Summary:  

Workit Health is looking for an experienced Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, who will report to the COO. This person will have strong deal, strategy, relationship management, and contract negotiation experience to accelerate our partner ecosystem. This role’s work will drive the growth of the organization by supporting strategic partnership activities with health systems, provider networks, and other partners as may be identified by the leadership team.  
You will establish yourself as a key leader on the growth team and develop tailored solutions for complex business strategies that require buy-in throughout large, complex partner organizations. This role requires extensive knowledge within the hospital, physician, and payer ecosystems and a commitment to excellence in consultative delivery of highly strategic business solutions and partnerships.The Vice President, Strategic Partnerships should possess deep relationships in the health system and provider network community, have a reputation as an industry thought leader, and have a desire to be a leading voice in the ongoing evolution of SUD services.  

   

Core Responsibilities:  
  • Define and execute a business development plan to prioritize, target, and establish lead-generating partnerships with health systems and provider networks  
  • Build productive and professional relationships with key leaders within target sectors and maintain high awareness/understanding of Workit Health’s services. Establish executive credibility with members of both client and internal leadership teams.  
  • Achieve revenue, budget, and forecasting targets and co-sell with each strategic partner  
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle from lead qualification through partnership establishment including leading contracting and deal negotiations   
  • Manage large, complex, multi-year partnership deals  
  • Negotiate reciprocal agreements for distribution of partner data  
  • Coordinate internal and external-facing marketing and sales GTM efforts  
  • Collaborate in research efforts to understand new potential verticals that Workit Health might be interested in pursuing and who the key target partners are within each   
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues, serving as an internal and external advocate  
  • Work cross-functionally with product, business development, legal, marketing, and product to achieve business objectives
