Job Summary: 

 

Workit Health is seeking a remote, Junior Recruiter to join the HR team in a fast-paced start-up environment. This role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development to primarily support the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This position will own the full-lifecycle process for entry-level requisitions and provide administrative support such as scheduling candidate interviews, job postings, candidate sourcing, hosting new hire orientation, and various TA projects as assigned. This position will play an important role in being an advocate and professional representative of Workit Health to internal and external clients.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Own full-lifecycle recruitment for entry-level requisitions including but not limited to the following: 
  • Conduct hiring manager kick-off meetings
  • Candidate sourcing from various channels / resume review
  • Conduct phone screens 
  • Schedule all candidate interviews
  • Extend offer letters
  • Host new hire orientation
  • Act as the main point of contact with candidates from application to onboarding
  • Partner with the Sr. People Operations Specialist in managing the candidate onboarding process.
  • Standardize interview processes and questions within our ATS, Jobvite  
  • Candidate search and outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Review and design new templates for recruitment and onboarding
  • Host HR Orientation for new hires
  • Learn and implement the foundations of recruitment best practices
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned from members of HR team related to technology, open enrollment and benefits.

 

Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment capacity within an HR / People Operations team  
  • Proven ability to own start-to-finish job requisitions
  • Ability to collaborate and professionally engage with internal and external clients
  • Proactive and curious approach to problem-solving  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail 
  • The ability and willingness to complete several concurrent tasks with attention to time constraints, quality and sufficient detail
  • Expertise with Google Suite products and experience creating documents and presentations for a professional audience
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience with recruiting best practices
  • Passion for learning about behavioral health
  • Desire to become certified in HR/People
  • Desire for career in HR/People
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • 3 years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment capacity within an HR / People Operations team 
  • Jobvite experience
  • Experience with medical hiring and/or behavioral health
  • HR certification
