Weston Solutions is currently seeking a Client Account Manager with experience in disaster response, recovery, and resilience programs including Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and related agencies supporting the National Response and Recovery Frameworks at the Federal, State, and local levels. In this role, the selected candidate will market Weston Solutions’ disaster response, recovery and resilience program management and consulting services to federal government clients and other businesses partners, providing routine follow-up on active programs to ensure that projects are meeting client expectations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 10+ years of experience with federal disaster response, recovery, and resilience programs including FEMA’s Public Assistance (FEMA PA), FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (FEMA HMGP), HUD’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-DR), US Treasury, Department of Defense and related Civilian agencies supporting the National Response and Recovery Frameworks at the Federal, State and Local levels.
- Public speaking experience to include delivering effective presentations to groups with a broad range of subject matter knowledge, and meetings facilitation proficiency with government officials and business leaders within the disaster response, recovery, and resilience industries.
- Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Expected Outcomes:
- Lead business development and client relations including execution and continuous improvement of the strategic plan to grow Weston Solutions’ portfolio through ongoing market assessments, client identification, and matching client needs with Weston Solutions’ technical capabilities
- Foster new and existing client relationships with other businesses within the industry with an emphasis on expanding Weston Solutions’ disaster response, recovery, and resilience client base nationally
- Develop business opportunities that meet strategic portfolio goals and objectives at a national and regional level
- Meet assigned goals and work closely with program/project management and technical staff to deliver high-quality, cost-effective work products for our clients
- Lead interdisciplinary teams during the preparation of proposals, project cost estimates, and client interview documents
- Assist key clients in the planning and timely implementation of their projects
- Communicate effectively with senior Federal, State, and local response leadership, including elected officials.
- Interface with federal, state, and local officials as required to support clients’ needs
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts
- Support other staff assigned to projects

Salary Range: $108,900 - $145,200 - $181,600
