Application Analyst I - Analytics and Integration - Information Services - Full time - Days
Description
Salary Range: $86,153.60 - $116,292.80
Position Summary:
The Application Analyst - Analytics and Integration supports and maintains existing analytics and interfaces. Supports data manipulations and transport of information across disparate systems. Gathers requirements and modifies existing reports and/or interfaces. Develops and designs simple reports and queries. For more complex development, gathers requirements, analyzes, and refers to developers for development. Tests existing solutions for upgrades or major configuration changes.
Education:
AA degree in computer-based discipline, healthcare administrative, business, or related specialty, or equivalent of certifications and experience.
Experience:
One year combined experience in any of the following: systems support, report writing, data base support, data extraction tools and techniques, requirements development, industry-standard interface, For Analytics focus: experience with database structures, reporting, analytics, SQL. For Interface/Integration focus: flat file transport, interface/integration engine support, middleware support, healthcare industry interface standards including HL7 and XML.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and Outlook.
Working knowledge of databases, database servers, networks, ETL, file transport, message transport and similar technologies as required by primary duty.
