Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking askilled Technologies and Experimentation Integrator to support an innovative program office. You will act as a critical bridge between Program Managers and Combatant Command stakeholders by identifying operational challenges, integrating emerging technologies into exercises and war plans, and facilitating the rapid adoption of innovative capabilities by military end users. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of company programs, coordinating transition activities, tracking financial and programmatic milestones, supporting technology demonstrations, cultivating stakeholder relationships across the Department of Defense, and communicating program status through executive-level briefings and presentations. You will possess extensive operational experience, strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record supporting technology transition and operational integration efforts at senior levels of government. Work Location: Onsite: Arlington, VA

 

Travel: Less than 10%

 

Clearance: Active TS/SCI required, experience with Special Access Programs (SAP) preferred

 

Required Experience:

 

  • Master’s degree or higher in a technical discipline (engineering, computer science, or related field) or a national security-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 20 years of Department of Defense experience.
  • Experience serving as a senior military officer (O-6/Captain or equivalent) or senior civilian (GS-15/SES).
  • Recent experience serving on a Combatant Command, Component Command, Joint Staff, or Service Headquarters staff.
  • Experience as an operational warfighter (pilot, special warfare officer, infantry officer, or similar operational leadership role).
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a direct advisor to General/Flag Officers or Senior Executive Service personnel.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of digital communications and operations across multiple digital architectures.
  • Experience transitioning technology into operational environments.
  • Understanding of Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) and integration of technologies into Combatant Command exercises.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with government, military, industry, and technical organizations.

 

Desired Experience:

 

  • PhD in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
  • Equivalent advanced operational experience supporting technology transition efforts.
  • Two or more years supporting research and development organizations or low
  • Technology Readiness Level (TRL) programs.
  • Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) experience at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, Service Headquarters, or Component Command level.
  • Experience integrating R&D programs into Combatant Command exercises and operational events.
  • Experience transitioning advanced technologies to military end users.
  • Familiarity with defense innovation, experimentation, and advanced technology portfolios.
  • Experience supporting joint operations, operational planning, and force modernization initiatives.
