Manager, Executive Partnerships (Remote) - Varonis

Varonis is the leader in the data security market. We’re on a mission to help our customers protect their most sensitive data – no matter where it lives – with as little effort as possible.

We’re seeking a Manager of Executive Partnerships who will join our Executive Experiences team to build a community of CISOs.

In this role you will be engaging thoughtfully with CISOs, both out in the field and virtually. Your goal will be to build relationships and facilitate engagements where we can deliver value to the CISO.

About the Role:

The Manager of Executive Partnerships is a newly created role, joining our Executive Experiences team, to help build an industry-leading executive community and relationship development program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading company in a growing market and build a high visibility and high impact program.

What You'll Do:

  • Executive presence and networking skills – you have a strong executive presence and the ability to network and develop business relationships with industry C-level executives. You aren’t afraid to ask questions and seek to get to know people on a personal level.
  • Break through the noise – you will come up with creative ideas to engage with CISOs in a way that is professional and delivers value.
  • Cross-functional alignment – you will work with our customer and partner ecosystem and across all levels of the organization, including with Varonis executives, and our product, sales, and marketing teams, to build thought leadership programs and community-building experiences.

What You'll Need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a business development, executive relationship building or executive programs role.
  • Cybersecurity or technology industry experience is helpful, but not a requirement. Will strongly consider candidates that come from industries outside of cybersecurity if they have relevant relationship development and executive community development experience.
  • High attention to detail and a strong track record of flawless execution
  • Proven experience building executive relationships
  • A customer-first and experience mindset
  • Creativity and drive – a desire to build and create a program from a blank sheet of paper: you like thinking about the art of the possible vs. executing within a defined playbook. You get to build the playbook.

This remote position requires ~40% travel to executive roundtables, tradeshows, events, our Miami office, etc.
