Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the USANA Australia market as a Customer Service Representative - Mandarin-Bilingual. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely information regarding products, promotions and compensation plan to the Associates in accordance to the company’s policies and procedures.

What You Will Do as a USANA Customer Service Representative

Essential

  • Complete daily administration duties such as processing customer orders and documenting calls.
  • Deliver service excellence via various mediums, including online enquiries, email correspondence and phone.
  • Process customer exchange and/or return products.
  • Liaise with and develops professional relationships with customers by resolving issues in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Provide product, business knowledge and promotional information to customers.
  • Assist over the counter customer enquiries and work as part of a team to deliver quality service experience in the Business Centre.
  • Maintain register and balance cash at closing in the Business Centre.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the wider USANA team, including supporting USANA’s NZ office.

 

Background and Skills You Will Need  

  • Previous relevant experience in a call centre environment and handling customer escalation.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone manner.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Must possess a high degree of ethics and integrity, and be willing to adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work autonomously and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
