Job Title:  E-commerce - Site Operations Intern (ECommerce Content & Execution)

Position Overview:
 
The Site Operations Intern will support the daily execution and maintenance of website content to ensure a smooth, accurate, and highquality customer experience. This role is ideal for a detailoriented student or recent graduate interested in ecommerce operations, digital content, and online merchandising. 
Working closely with the Site Operations team, the intern will assist with routine content updates, page maintenance, and operational checks across the site, while gaining handson experience in site production and ecommerce workflows. 
  
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Support daily website content updates across homepage, landing pages, and category pages 
  • Assist with uploading, updating, and maintaining banners, visuals, and text content 
  • Perform regular content checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines 
  • Help maintain page freshness by removing outdated content and supporting seasonal updates 
  • Support page setup and maintenance for campaigns, promotions, and special events 
  • Help with basic CMS tasks such as content swaps, link checks, and layout validation 
  • Escalate content issues, errors, or broken links to the Site Operations team 
  • Assist with preparing content assets or requests for translation support when required 
  • Ensure content updates are implemented accurately in English and collaborate with translation teams to manage updates in other languages. 
  
What You Bring: 
  • Basic understanding of HTML for content editing, such as updating text, links, formatting, and simple page structures within an existing CMS environment 
  • Experience or familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS examples: Shopify, Magento or Wordpress,) including executing content updates, content swaps, and page maintenance (academic, internship, or personal projects acceptable) 
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms, websites, and spreadsheets to manage and track content updates 
  • General understanding of website structures and ecommerce content, including homepage, landing pages, and category pages 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow execution guidelines and operational checklists 
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to ecommerce, marketing, communications, digital media, or business 
  • Nice to Have: 
    • Basic image editing experience using Photoshop and/or Illustrator
    • Bilingualism in English/French is considered an asset
    • Interest in fashion, retail, or ecommerce operations 
  • The successful candidate must be available to work full-time, five days a week (Monday to Friday) for a duration of six months, starting in June 2026.

Hourly Salary: $19.00 CAD. 
The offered salary is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
