Corporate Marketing Specialist
Description
The Corporate Marketing Specialist is a great role for those who enjoy variety in their day-to-day life. They are responsible for supporting the Corporate Marketing team in a variety of ways, including managing the corporate trade shows, working with association partners, supporting social media, and helping increase brand awareness of Tyler through digital campaigns and email marketing. As part of the Corporate Brand Marketing team, the role will contribute to the team’s annual campaigns and build deep relationships with external and internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Own Corporate trade show logistics and planning, including booth set up, engagement activities, attendee registration, hotel booking, and shipping coordination
- Maintain records of trade shows through trade show management software system, creating comprehensive filings that includes booth inventory used, costs incurred, and attendee details
- Build strong relationships with association partners
- Create email marketing communications to support trade show sessions, association webinars, and thought leadership efforts
- Collaborate to create organic and paid social media campaigns to support trade show presence and thought leadership
- Understand and leverage industry themes and implement them throughout our Tyler Corporate shows
- Adhere to and implement editorial style guides consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone
- Edit, proofread, and improve content with strong adherence to AP Style
Qualifications
- 1+ years of demonstrable content marketing, writing, or equivalent working experience
- 1+ years of event management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Creative mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results
- Excellent communication and outstanding writing skills
- Knowledge of and interest in the public sector and the intersection between technology and policy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to travel 4-6 times a year for trade shows and internal meetings
