Tyler’s Marketing team is looking to hire a marketing intern to support our trade show team! As a Marketing Intern, you will experience the day-to-day operations of a successful marketing team. If you have a passion for marketing and collaborating in a team environment with excellent communication and organizational skills, this internship is for you! The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of marketing best practices and effective time management skills.

In this role you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to assist with trade show planning and execution. This internship will offer valuable skills and a deeper understanding of trade show planning and logistics, email communication, and social media. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with virtual and in-person event logistics and communications
• Write content for email campaigns and social media placements 
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data from marketing programs

Qualifications

• Currently an active college student pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in marketing
• Coursework completed in at least two marketing classes
• Intellectual curiosity and an ability to understand the client’s perspective
• Microsoft Office knowledge (strong Excel or PowerPoint skills a plus)
• Effective time management skills (Deadline/results driven)
• Keen attention to detail  and strong focus on accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to load and unload boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
