Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Digital Merchandiser, Wine to join our Digital Merchandising team in our Bethesda, MD or Boca Raton, FL office. You will play a critical role in driving sales and customer engagement through planning and launching site experiences for our wine business. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing e-commerce pages that our customers interact with, leveraging a deep understanding of customer behaviors and shopping patterns, while driving a key portion of our business. As an integral part of the Digital team, you will be at the forefront of how we interact with customers, challenging the status quo, and using analytical trends to guide decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, organized, curious and detail-oriented individual who has an interest in e-commerce, pays attention to market trends, ability to learn analytics/new reporting tools and building best in class customer experiences. You will report to the Senior Digital Merchandising Manager.  
 
You will 
  • Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to plan, develop and optimize online strategies for growing sales and maximizing margin 
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships throughout the organization to drive and deliver strategy 
  • Own the planning and execution of our online pages across device types for search and browse journeys 
  • Formulate category strategies by creating customer-friendly shopping experiences for key segments, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs and shopping behaviors 
  • Lead online taxonomy, navigation and sorting 
 You will come with  
  • 3+ years experience in Digital (Merchandising or Marketing), Buying, Category Management or Vendor Management, or a combination 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively apply knowledge by creating action plans (Adobe experience preferred) 
  • Experience with regular A/B testing a plus 
  • Experience as a user for key merchandising tools (ex. for search results algorithms, product recommendation, etc.) a plus 
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to successfully multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere, while understanding big-picture objectives and strategy 
  • Ability to manage workload, project plans, and to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Must be a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment 
  • Must be flexible and easily adapt to change as business priorities shift 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills 
  • Wine industry knowledge a plus

The exempt compensation range for this position is $64,300 - $141,200. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
