About the Internship Program 

At Total Wine and More, summer internships are project based and designed to expose students to the broader retail environment and future career opportunities. The Store Support Center Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week structured program where interns complete meaningful work and contribute to Total Wine and More’s success.   

Interns are partnered with a Mentor within their department to provide guidance and support as they navigate a corporate environment. Alongside work that supports business value, interns will develop interpersonal skills and be provided with a broad knowledge of the retail industry. Interns will close the summer by presenting out on their learnings to Total Wine & More leaders, their teams, and fellow interns.  

Job Description 

We are looking for Supply Chain Interns to join the Supply Chain Department for Summer 2025. Our Supply Chain teams manage the flow of products from our vendors to our distribution centers and on to our stores. These teams manage improvement and innovation projects across warehouse operations, ordering, and replenishment. 

You will learn to analyze data to identify supply chain needs and learn how to work cross functionally across various supply chain divisions for decision consensus and management. You will also learn how to manage projects and be exposed to supply chain’s direct impact to Total Wine’s success. 

Potential Job Duties 

• Help manage supply chain projects: including reviewing key decisions, performing ad-hoc analysis, and helping manage project plans. 

• Work to understand the replenishment patterns needed for store inventory. 

• Perform analysis to help team gain buy-in from leadership on new initiatives. 

• Work on innovative, strategic supply chain plans to increase company efficiencies. 

 
 
You will come with 

• A Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026 graduation date from a bachelor’s degree program 

• Excel proficiency, ability to use vlookup and pivot tables preferred. 

• Good problem-solving skills in an open-ended environment. 

• Ability to relay information via Powerpoint 

• General knowledge of supply chain planning, exposure to course work in demand planning, supply planning, and replenishment a plus but not required.
