Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Associate, Facilities, to join our Store Development team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will be responsible for overseeing all facilities-related activities for our stores. This role ensures the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of store locations, coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and service providers to support store operations. This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address facilities needs efficiently and maintain a safe and well-functioning environment. The Senior Associate, Facilities reports to the Sr. Director, Facilities Management.
You will 
  • Handle a high volume of incoming work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the appropriate service providers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, analyze complex issues, and provide effective solutions while maintaining strong communication with store teams, landlords, and service providers.
  • Accurately input and track service requests in internal systems, ensuring clear documentation, proper assignment, and regular follow-up.
  • Generate and maintain reports on open work orders, service provider performance, and other assigned operational metrics.
  • Work closely with internal and field teams to resolve facilities-related issues, contribute to departmental goals, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
 You will come with 
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years of related experience in facilities maintenance, with retail experience
  • Understanding of facilities maintenance operations, including work order management, vendor coordination, and repair processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and work order management systems for tracking, reporting, and communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with store teams, vendors, and landlords.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on service requests.

Total Wine & More considers several factors when establishing compensation. Estimated salaries determined by third parties have not been validated by Total Wine & More. The exempt compensation range for this position is $53,600 - $114,000. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
