Senior Associate, Learning & Development
Description
Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Development to join our growing operations team in our Store Support Center in Bethesda, MD office. This role will support learning and development-related initiatives, including instructional technology, for the Training, Events and Communications Team, Store Operations. This position will be responsible for the entire training lifecycle of various training and technology-related initiatives. These include synchronous operational and product training videos, related training materials, and other trainings/learning artifacts. You will report to the Manager, Learning Development.
You will
- Create new training objects, including quick reference guides, computer-based modules, and training videos.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including transcript support, report processing, and content management
- Respond to tickets related to technology issues and requests
- Manage existing technology-related training initiatives to ensure their continued success
- Collaborate with other internal departments to communicate, create, and/or manage the training initiatives effectively
You will come with
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Instructional Technology, or other related field)
- Experience developing training materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to create and maintain partnerships
- Passion for researching and testing emerging educational trends and technologies
- Experience working in a Learning Management System (Cornerstone and Workday Learning preferred)

The exempt compensation range for this position is $53,600-$114,400. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
