This role is 100% remote.

Torrid is looking for a systems analyst to support our Order management system. You'll oversee our essential business functions by developing and maintaining large, complex business information systems according to specifications and schedules while meeting quality requirements. You'll be responsible for the technical design and maintenance of highly complex new and existing programs for our Enterprise Order Management/Active OMNI applications and integration points.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Order management solutions working with Manhattan team, work on configurations in Test and Production Order management environments.
  • Maintain, support and extend existing in-house automation to integrate OMS application with various Internal(Merchandising, Sales Audit, Finance, POS, High Jump(WMS))/external applications(Onera, NARVAR,Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Sales Force Commerce Cloud) using SSIS, SSRS and SCI or any other BI/ETL tools
  • Identify product issues and write detailed bug reports during the product development/QA cycle.
  • Lead Production Incidents, act as Incident Manager to engage all parties to find resolutions for major system incidents.
  • Communicate and coordinate with peers and senior level individuals in cross-functional groups to articulate and compare alternative testing approaches
  • Setup processes and keep track on daily production maintenance activities to involve the right stake holders to get the approval on performing them in prod
  • Help Production support team/QA team and provide required solutions to resolve the blockers
  • Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Experience providing Continuous Integration/Delivery solutions
  • Experience/understanding of various types of testing including unit, system, integration, user acceptance, regression, usability, Performance, Load, Stress and end-to-end testing
  • Will be part of Production Support on Rotation basis

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of technical experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle SQL, T-SQL
  • Experience working in a retail company with any Order Management system
  • Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
