This role is 100% remote.

You will be responsible for providing analytics (report development and deep dive ad hoc analyses). The Analyst will leverage multiple analytics platforms and large-scale datasets to assess short and long-term strategies and make data-driven recommendations supporting overall business objectives. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Leverage large-scale databases and analytics tools to derive data-driven insights into customer behavior.
  • Produce impactful analyses and reporting solutions
  • Develop dashboards to support insights with visualization of complex data sets.
  • Own requirements, development, and validation of ongoing metrics and KPI reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with external departments (e.g. marketing, merchandising, store operations) to develop reporting and analyses that evaluate business performance.
  • Conduct findings and recommendations to drive key business decisions.
  • Help execute the roll-out of modern business intelligence/analytics tools and visualizations.
  • Deliver compelling story-lined based presentations for various business initiatives.
  • Perform reporting and analysis of customer segments and growth initiatives and develop recommendations and hypotheses to optimize future performance.
  • Foster and develop relationships with key strategic and operational vendors.
  • Share skills and knowledge with teammates to grow the department’s total impact on the organization.


What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in analytical roles of progressive scope and complexity
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, Excel and VLOOKUP 
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience evaluating and deploying BI and analytics tools
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Python
