We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Growth Marketing to join our team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition through paid digital campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to create and execute marketing campaigns that meet business goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop marketing strategy, test roadmaps, and optimization plans for video (connected TV, online video, and YouTube) program.
- Forecast and manage a robust monthly performance marketing budget.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance towards key business metrics daily.
- Create detailed reporting and analysis for all channel efforts, recognizing areas for upside and allocating marketing investment accordingly.
- Analyze data and translate analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations.
- Continually optimize video channels based on daily performance results to ensure the maximum ROI and additional KPIs as outlined are met and achieved.
- Partner with vendors, agencies, and internal cross-functional teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with business goals.
- Manage and grow agency partnerships.
- Continue to proactively search for new opportunities to acquire new customers and increase sales.
- Perform market research, investigate benchmarks, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Stay abreast of video trends, and technology.
- Lead, develop, and mentor digital marketing practitioners.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Retail industry with omni-channel marketing experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in driving performance focused video marketing programs to include owning and managing video campaigns within retail or e-commerce industry.
- Previous agency experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of video and programmatic best practices and optimization techniques. DSP experience a plus.
- Proven ability to maximize first-party data and develop high converting audiences. DMP experience a plus.
- A successful track record of driving online and offline sales through digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A passion for marketing and staying up to date/relevant on the industry, platforms, and changes as they roll out.
- Detailed understanding of audience targeting, testing, campaign optimization, analytic tools, and marketing technology.
- Ability to work 9 am - 6 pm PST schedule

Salary range: $101,429 - $123,865
