We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Growth Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, planning, implementation, testing and optimizations of paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in creating and managing paid search marketing campaigns with a focus on performance for direct-to-consumer businesses in the retail or e-commerce sector. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop marketing strategies, testing roadmaps, and optimization plans for the paid search and shopping programs.
• Forecast and manage a monthly performance marketing budget effectively.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance towards key business metrics on a daily basis.
• Create detailed reports and analysis for all channel efforts, identifying areas for growth and allocating marketing investment accordingly.
• Analyze data and translate analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business recommendations.
• Continuously optimize search channels based on daily performance results to maximize ROI and meet additional KPIs as outlined.
• Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal cross-functional teams to drive channel growth and align campaigns with business goals.
• Manage and expand agency partnerships.
• Actively seek new opportunities to acquire new customers and increase sales.
• Conduct market research, investigate benchmarks, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date with search trends, search engine algorithm updates, and new technology.
• Lead, develop, and mentor digital marketing professionals.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

 What You’ll Need: 

• Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the retail industry and omni-channel marketing.
• Candidates should have at least 4-5 years of experience in creating and managing paid search marketing campaigns with a focus on performance for direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses in the retail or e-commerce sector.
• Previous agency experience is highly desirable.
• Candidates should have at least four years of experience working with data analytics.
• Expertise in paid search & shopping best practices and optimization techniques.
• Proficient in leveraging first-party data for high-conversion audience development. DMP experience is a plus.
• Proven success in driving both online and offline sales through search marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Passionate about marketing and staying current with industry trends, platforms, and changes.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Thorough understanding of audience targeting, testing, campaign optimization, analytic tools, and marketing technology.
• Ability to work 9 am - 6 pm PST schedule

Salary range: $101,429 - $123,865
