Job Description: Director of Sales
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven CTV Advertising Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in LA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the connected TV (CTV) advertising landscape, and the ability to build strong client/agency relationships. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, crafting tailored advertising solutions, and delivering measurable results for our clients.

This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, crafting tailored advertising solutions, and delivering measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of CTV advertising solutions to clients, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the CTV and digital advertising space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and direct clients.
- Provide exceptional service by understanding client needs and offering customized advertising solutions.
- Develop strategic sales plans to address client objectives and align with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, data analytics, and product development, to deliver comprehensive advertising packages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in CTV technology.
- Represent TiVo in the advertising marketplace and become an active Brand Advocate.
- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide detailed performance reports, demonstrating ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in digital or CTV advertising sales, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Experience working in the media and entertainment vertical.
- Experience working with programmatic platforms and ad exchanges.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret data to inform sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack).
- Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the CTV ecosystem, audience targeting, and measurement capabilities.
- Familiarity with industry metrics such as CPM, completion rates, and viewability standards.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $135,904- $180,073 plus bonus, equity, and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
