Key Responsibilities: 
  • Process accounts payable transactions, including verification, GL coding, and vendor profile maintenance.
  • Handle both PO and non-PO vendor invoices in the NetSuite system.
  • Review and match purchase orders and vendor invoices before processing payments.
  • Work with vendors, buyers, and receiving departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
  • Audit and process employee expense reports per company policies.
  • Assist with month-end closing, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and flux analysis.
  • Provide necessary documents for audits.
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least three (3) years of accounting experience, preferably in CPA firms.
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
