We are looking for a skilled Release Manager who has solid experience with using data-driven business understanding of releases impact and success. To focus on driving results, being able to coordinate multifunctional teams, anticipate bottlenecks and provide workable solutions.   Release Manager will align business prior with technical requirements by collaborating across cross-functional teams. 
 
What you will get to do:
  • Design, implement and actively manage release process for TiVo Advertising product
  • Plan and document release activities
  • Identify and assess project risks; coordinate with respective teams to develop mitigation and resolution strategies
  • Coordinate internal and external resources required to drive product release on time with high quality
  • Communicate effectively to influence project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Manage dependencies both within and across the company for multiple releases for multiple partners
Who we’re looking for: 
  • Experience in creating and coordinating release activities with multiple stakeholders and numerous internal and external dependencies
  • Strong technical understanding of software systems at scale (millions of client devices)
  • Knowledge of Scrum and understanding of software development life cycle models
  • Knowledge of project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience in Data-driven impact reporting: exec-level briefings; cross-product metrics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build diverse relationships and influence collaborative decision making
  • Proven ability to multitask, excellent decision-making, prioritization and organization skills.
  • Knowledge of OpenRTB (oRTB) workflows is highly advantageous
