Senior Product Manager – TiVo Media Platform Monetization

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of our TiVo media platform advertising products. In this role, you will define and build innovative ad experiences, improve yield across inventory sources, and partner with engineering, sales, partnerships, and data teams to drive revenue growth. You will be accountable for scaling our CTV ad platform, delivering exceptional advertiser value, and ensuring a compelling, user‑centric viewing experience.
This is a high‑impact role suited for someone who understands the CTV ecosystem end-to-end, has deep experience with ad tech, and thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Develop the long-term product strategy for CTV monetization across direct-sold, programmatic, and hybrid ad sales channels.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue growth, yield optimization, and innovative ad formats tailored to CTV environments.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap that aligns business goals with market trends, customer needs, and platform capabilities.

Execution & Delivery

  • Help influence cross-functional teams—engineering, data science, sales, partnerships, and operations—through feature design, development, and launch.
  • Define requirements for ad serving, inventory management, measurement, and targeting capabilities.
  • Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards across all devices and platforms.

Advertising & Monetization Expertise

  • Work with programmatic partners (SSPs, DSPs, exchanges) to optimize auction dynamics and demand density.
  • Develop and refine ad formats (pre-roll, mid-roll, dynamic ad insertion, interactive ads, shoppable ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to improve packaging, pricing, and yield strategies.
  • Leverage insights to drive continuous optimization and identify new CTV-specific monetization opportunities.
  • Understand and anticipate the impact of privacy, identity, and regulatory changes on monetization strategy.

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders regarding TiVo media platform monetization.
  • Manage relationships with ad tech vendors, measurement partners, device manufacturers, and third-party platforms.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and performance updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years product management experience, including direct ownership of advertising or monetization products.
  • Deep understanding of CTV, OTT, and streaming video ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with ad tech such as:
    • Ad servers (e.g., FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager)
    • SSAI/DAI workflows
    • Programmatic systems (SSPs, DSPs, OpenRTB)
    • Measurement (VAST, VPAID, MRC standards, IAB guidelines)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical products and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
