Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics ERP Engineer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Dynamics Team Leader, the MS Dynamics ERP Engineer will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 ERP, with a specific focus on Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) modules. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for improving efficiency and performing many functional tasks required for a successful Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation by making management and operations easier based on the company's needs.     
 

Key Duties And Responsibilities    

  • Collaborate with the Dynamics Lead and be an integral part in spearheading the implementation of MS Dynamics
  • Establish and document system requirements utilizing processes, workflows, use cases, and other methods
  • Customize and configure MS Dynamics 365 ERP to support MRP functionalities, including but not limited to material planning, production scheduling, inventory management, BOMs, and supply chain optimization
  • Provide expertise in data migration, integration and system testing to ensure the successful deployment of MRP modules within Dynamics 365
  • Conduct user training sessions and create supporting documentation for MRP processes
  • Collaborate with technical team to ensure security compliance within GCC / GCC High
  • Perform in production functionality (handling materials, planning and executing routes and operations, costing sheets, capacity planning, scheduling, Shop Floor Management, and product cost tracking)
  • Work with PMs and follow process and project methodology, ensuring proper implementation and adoption
  • Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and develop the solutions
  • Conduct meetings and training with other teams to transfer knowledge about technologies used in the projects
  • Perform high-level quality checks on the deliverable before deploying it to stage and productions
  • Provide technical mentorship to other team members

Qualification And Skills    

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM/Manufacturing as an implementation consultant 
  • Prior experience in implementing MS Dynamics 365 ERP with a focus on MRP modules
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM/Manufacturing
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps
  • Experience in creating reports, business correspondences, SOPs, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to conduct user training sessions
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to be flexible and have enthusiasm for learning technologies, tools, and ideas
  • Ability to have clear and concise oral and written communication, including the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
  • Acquired certifications (MB-320/MB-330) in Dynamics 365 will be a plus
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Salary Range $90,000-$130,000    

Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Physical Demands    

An employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. In performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time, in addition to bending, reaching, and walking. This would require the ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. This position is generally sedentary, with substantial computer usage.     

Work Environment    

The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
