Description

Responsibilities

  • Several years of experience in the area of cyber / IT security or corresponding core topics (threat modeling, threat assessment, security testing, security reviews, incident handling)
  • Proficient in conducting live analysis on networks and multiple platforms
  • Assist in information security assessments; perform threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
  • Good knowledge of current security solution providers (VM, EDR, Network, Mail, Firewall, IAM, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of data protection (EU-GDPR and related laws)
  • Good scripting / programming skills (backend and/or frontend)
  • Collaborate with a SOC Team to investigate on reported incidents and outline the various actions or changes to be made
  • Project leading skills to coordinate various activities within the company and our international locations
  • Keeping up-to-date of market trends, analyze and advise on new security technology together with Group Security

Critical Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) required, preferably in computer science, engineering or related area of study
  • 5-7 years of experience with endpoint security, vulnerability scanning, firewall, IPS/IDS, SIEM, threat intelligence and related cyber security technologies
  • 5-7 years of experience configuring, testing, maintaining, maturing, and integrating security solutions and system management tools
  • Experience with network security and monitoring technologies
  • Experience assisting in post-breach response activities and communications
  • Ability to quickly learn, install, configure, manage, monitor and troubleshoot new security tools
  • Create and maintain documentation on security solutions, strategies, and procedures.
