Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Audit processes and procedures of ACT Advisors to ensure the optimal solution was recommended and followed. Assess if vendors did work requested as well as ensure payments appropriately reflect work performed. Act as mentor to internal department personnel; address questions and recommend opportunities for training and growth.
- Perform all job functions of the Advanced Contact Team Advisor role.
- Handle highly complex incoming calls and any escalated issues; determine appropriate resolution and follow-up to ensure initiation of claims and repair processes are appropriately carried out.
- Audit files, processes and payments to determine if the outcome maximized equipment utilization and costs were appropriately contained. Ensure all warranties were appropriately applied.
- Work with vendors to assist with payment questions and complete more complex payment transactions. Process payments as needed.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by leadership; provide support to leadership as necessary.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 9 months experience as ACT Advisor, or equivalent demonstrated level of knowledge of all ACT department processes and procedures.
- Previous experience as a heavy truck mechanic or related preferred.
- Familiarity with processing payments preferred.
- Must possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to to multitask.
- Must have strong negotiation skills.
- Must be able to provide appropriate feedback and coaching to ACT Advisors
- Must be able to work scheduled shift with flexibility to cover other shifts.
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
Pay Range: $21.99 - $30.79 Hourly
