What will be your responsibilities? 

  • Success working independently and teaming across a remote, global organization
  • Metrics driven in a high growth environment
  • Creative, consultative sales experience, creating and documenting the most effective customer solutions and sales processes
  • Prior hunting experience is a must. 
  • Must have good prior outbound tele experience. Should have sold over the phone/web. 
  • Preferred previous roles are: BDR, SDR, Enterprise B/SDR or anything specific to developing new business
  • Having a knack for getting something to quickly like and trust you
  • Coachability is a must
  • Innate drive to further your career

  

What does it take to do this job?

  • 2-4 years of outbound sales experience
  • Experience with SFDC or other CRMs is preferred
  • Experience with Outreach, Salesforce or other sales enablement tools is preferred
  • Experience building new teams and onboarding employees
  • Should have managed or coached a BDR/Sales team in the past. 
  • Holds themselves accountable for consistently exceeding results
  • Team player attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree required
