Your day-to-day (as a Client Success Manager, you’ll):

  • Build great relationships with clients while consistently delivering successful outcomes for their Spiceworks Ziff Davis (SWZD) advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Work with internal sales, creative, and product delivery teams to ensure all aspects of a client’s campaign are implemented correctly and performing at or above benchmarks and established KPIs
  • Run regular client meetings to discuss campaign progress, strategy, optimizations, and determine upcoming goals enabling you to secure renewals and cross-sale to directly impact annual revenue goals.
  • Consulting and knowledge-sharing. You will be the expert on all things Spiceworks Ziff Davis (SWZD). When our clients have questions, they come to you for answers
  • Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects concurrently without breaking a sweat.
  • Deliver regular campaign reports summarizing current performance and recommending ideas for optimization to improve results over time.  
  • Learn from senior members of the team.

 

What does it take to do this job?

  • 2 - 3 years in a client facing, account management, client services, or customer success role.
  • Experience in account management and managing B2B relationships.
  • Strong Client Management skills including soft skills, strategic thinking, and active listening.
  • Ad Agency experience preferred (Digital Ad or Media Agencies)
  • Passion for online advertising. You’re eager to take your previous experience and apply it at Spiceworks Ziff Davis (SWZD).
  • Commitment to excellence: it’s not just how you do your job, it’s who you are.
  • Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and understanding how to use that information to improve campaign performance and secure renewals.
  • Solid understanding of online advertising standards, tools, and best practices.

  • A command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system is preferred.


Location: SWZD is a “Work from Anywhere” company.

We value productivity over location, so this position may be performed from anywhere - a significant benefit for both the company and the individual team member. SWZD has offices in Austin, New York, Chicago and London, though physical attendance is at the discretion of employees and their managers.
