We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product communications and a proven track record in account management. This role requires a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans for product launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of communication materials, ensuring they are ready for proofing and meet high-quality standards.
  • Analyze data publications to extract insights, lead the development of communication materials, track updates required based on client feedback and ensure all deliverables strategically align with and support the brand’s overarching objectives.
  • Lead internal communications strategy and execution for the client, including developing and implementing processes and procedures; including creating internal communication materials to support on-site initiatives and product milestones, and ensuring consistent, clear, and effective messaging across all internal channels.
  • Plan and execute large celebrity campaigns, leveraging celebrity endorsements to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize VEEVA for managing client data and project workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Keep a pulse on industry, client, therapeutic area, and competitor news to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

  • Proficiency in monitoring tools and VEEVA.

The anticipated salary range for this position will be $115,000-$140,000. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications. Spectrum reserves the right to modify this pay range at any given time.
