Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, working closely with end-users and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to address business needs.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, conduct regular audits and providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Lead and participate in technical projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget and scope.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement and support technology solutions, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications & Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical analyst role, with experience in a senior or leadership position preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of system administration, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Intermittently sit for extended periods; stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; and twist; and occasionally bend, stoop and kneel to access service equipment and lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
