Job Description:
Shift Digital is looking to expand our OEM programs, and we are seeking experienced and dynamic Digital Retailing Performance Consultants to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of digital retailing practices and a passion for optimizing performance metrics and all aspects of dealership operations. As a Digital Retailing Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, strategizing, and implementing solutions to enhance the digital retailing experience for our dealer partners. This role will have a direct tie in to the OEM client, where you will be working alongside an established consultative team to help launch dealers on this digital retailing program. Your expertise will drive improvements in conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall online retail performance. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your extensive experience in digital retailing to assess current strategies and identify areas for improvement.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that optimize digital retail performance.  
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of key performance metrics, including conversion rates and retention rates. 
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients based on best practices for digital retailing, including website optimization, user experience design, and digital marketing strategies.  
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of digital retailing innovation.

As a key member of our team, you’ll be part of a growing program that involves extensive travel and hands-on engagement with clients nationwide.
  • Full Time Travel Role: This position entails frequent travel, with the potential for being on the road 3-4 weeks per month for several days at a time.  At Shift, many factors are taken into account when determining a reasonable compensation range for any given role. Some of these factors include, but are not limited to: skillset, location, years of experience, licenses, certifications, and business/organizational needs. The following compensation range is specific to New York City, Colorado, Nevada, California, and Washington residents only. While we do provide an estimated salary range, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top range for their role. A reasonable estimate for this role is: $95,000 - $105,000.
