Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Description

We are looking for a new team member to fill our part-time administrative support role for our office located in downtown Laguna Beach. Our ideal candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and be the on-site representative of Shift Digital.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct office visitors
  • Assist in onboarding new employees
  • Coordinate office maintenance
  • Coordinate tech support and office equipment
  • Assist in coordinating office social functions
  • Pick up and deliver mail
  • Order food and office supplies
  • Schedule Executive travel and assist with expense reports
  • Assist with all other office duties and special projects

    • Professionalism with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with    visitors and co-workers

    • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

 

At Shift, many factors are taken into account when determining a reasonable compensation range for any given role. Some of these factors include, but are not limited to: skill set, location, years of experience, licenses, certifications, and business/organizational needs. The following compensation range is specific to New York City, Colorado, Nevada, California, and Washington residents only. While we do provide an estimated hourly range, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top range for their role. A reasonable estimate for this role is: $25.92 per hour
