Requirements/Preferred Experience: 
  • SRSMG is seeking an experienced NP/PA to join our Otolaryngology Division
  • To be considered for the position, candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working full-time (as an NP/PA) in otolaryngology. Ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of clinical experience
  • Must have previous or related experience to provide excellent quality patient care
  • Must have the ability to work independently
Position Details:
  • 0.5 FTE (job share) salaried position located at the SRS Sorrento Mesa clinic
  • 2-3 day work week, 100% outpatient
  • Provide additional patient access with new patient and follow-up visits
  • Minor procedures including biopsy and excise lumps, bumps in head and neck, control epistaxis, steroid injection to middle ear, nasal endoscopy with debridement, etc.
  • No nights / No weekends / No call
  • Salaried position eligible for full benefits package (prorated)

Annual starting salary for a new NP/PA graduate at 0.5FTE (half-time) is $67,000/year. The posted annual salary is the annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans.
