• SRSMG is a large, physician led, multi-specialty group with 19 outpatient clinic locations that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
• Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties in medicine
• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
• Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists

SRSMG has a large dedicated Urgent Care department that operates at 5 of our outpatient clinic sites throughout San Diego County: 

• Rancho Bernardo, Sorrento Mesa, Downtown, Santee and Chula Vista
• All sites open 365 days/year- 8:00am-8:00pm. Flexible shift options! (8, 10 and 12-hour shifts)
• Practice a wide spectrum of emergency based medicine:
  • Headaches, abdominal work ups, chest pains, laceration repairs, I&D, dislocations, eye injuries, etc. 
• Each site has in-house lab, radiology, and pharmacy
• Volume varies, average of 2 patients/hour
• Opportunity to become a shareholder (after 2 years for full-time; after 4 years for half-time)
• 1.0FTE min. hourly requirement: 147 hrs/month; 0.8FTE min. hourly requirement: 128 hrs/month; 0.5FTE min. hourly requirement 80 hrs/month

Full-Time Urgent Care Physician hourly rates: $135.21p/hr up to $153/hr.plus bonuses and/or incentives plus holiday hourly rate differential. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
