NP/PA Pediatrics: Half-Time (0.6 FTE) Opening with Full Benefits

• Group has 19 clinic locations throughout San Diego 
• SRSMG is a large, physician led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
• Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties in medicine
• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
• Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists

Requirements/Preferred Experience: 

• SRSMG is seeking an experienced NP/PA to join our Pediatrics Department
• To be considered for the position, candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years working full-time (as an NP/PA) in an outpatient primary care setting
• Experience working as an NP/PA in an outpatient pediatric clinic setting is highly preferred
• Lab, pharmacy, and radiology on-site
• In-house Pediatric Sub-specialties include ENT, ENDO, and Allergy
• Hours are from 8am to 5pm w/one hour for lunch
• This position is half-time (0.6FTE), 3 days/week offering full comprehensive benefits package including CME and sign-on bonus

Duties of Position:
 

• No after hour call / No inpatient work. This position is 100% outpatient
• Position is located at the SRS Scripps Ranch Clinic (North County)
• Provide additional patient access with same day visits
• Lots of support working alongside 4 pediatricians.

 Annual starting salary for a new NP/PA graduate is $134,000/year. The posted annual salary may vary and is dependent on several factors including candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications related to the position. APP's may also be eligible to receive bonuses and incentives related to the specific role. In addition, NP's and PA’s receive a full comprehensive benefits package including CME allowance and sign-on bonus.
