What we are looking for:  

We are looking for a Senior Director of Technical Delivery to join our team.  
   
What you will be doing: 

As a Senior Director of Technical Delivery at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Operations team, collaborating to deliver the latest security and identity products.   

You will be responsible for leading the team leaders in multiple locations in America and will be responsible for building and maintaining an excellent delivery organization. You will also be part of the global services organization management and will lead global initiatives within the service organization. This role requires a high level of collaboration with different units and leaders in the organization. 

  • Lead the post-sale technical delivery (deployment, support, and value-added services) to our customers in America as part of our global services organization. 
  • Work with CS, Sales, and HR to plan and execute the recruitment and talent acquisition for your teams to meet the delivery requirements for our customers install base in America. 
  • Build and track the onboarding processes and mentorship programs for new employees in your teams. 
  • Accountability for the ongoing training of your teams’ members about Semperis products and relevant technology areas. 
  • Accountability for building and tracking the career development of employees in your teams.  
  • Grow, maintain and manage the support and deployment teams in America, measure the success by tracking the delivery KPIs for your teams. 
  • Work closely with the regional directors of customer success to plan and deliver new deployments, ongoing deliveries, break and fix escalations, resource planning, and team management. 
  • Lead escalations and direct customer interactions both in support and delivery. 
  • Help planning and building the support and delivery methodologies and share knowledge on a global level. 
  • Manage multiple interfaces in your area including Sales, Customer Success, Product groups, and R&D aiming to collaboratively grow the Semperis’ business and revenue and create long term customer satisfaction. 
  • Make sure we have the people, tools, methodologies, and abilities to meet our objectives and exceed expectations. 

 

What you will bring to the table:    

  • At least 10 years of experience with professional Services, deployments, integrations, or support roles. 
  • At least 5 years of experience building and leading support / professional services teams 
  • Previous experience of managing team leaders 
  • Awareness of the identity and access management and infosec product landscapes, and technical features of competing products within the ecosystem. 
  • Ability to communicate with our customers' business and technical contacts and leaders. 
  • A self-motivated, hard-working, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, and top interpersonal and leadership skills 
  •  A great leader of teams, direct and matrix 
  • Ability to design and build delivery processes and methodologies from the ground up. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. CS, Economics, or Engineering is a plus, or other relevant technical degree or equivalent experience 
  • Passion for providing services and helping customers 
  • Excellent oral, presentation, written communication, and organizational skills 
  • English fluency 
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad 

 Bonus Points: 

  • Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Elastic search is a bonus  
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory is a bonus — you have administered, architected managed or supported Active Directory environments 
  • Knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365 is a bonus, especially from the perspective of installation, architecture, or administration
