Job Title: Resource Manager - Delivery Team
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Projects coordinator/ Resource Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will oversee the coordination and management of resource allocation for our global deployment and professional services projects within the Delivery Team. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure optimal resource allocation and timely, budget-compliant project completion. Effective communication skills are essential, as the Projects Coordinator will engage with stakeholders, Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, Breach Preparedness and Response team, and customer contacts.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of resource management principles and practices, adept at application within a dynamic Delivery team environment.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate all company delivery projects and tasks within the Delivery Team, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are executed within designated timelines and budget constraints.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including Managers, Solution Architects, CSMs, Solution, and customer contacts. Apply resource management principles and practices effectively to support project execution.
- Monitor resource utilization and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and implement resource management strategies.
- Prepare and deliver resource allocation reports to management.
- Identify and resolve resource allocation challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and utilization.
- Establish and maintain resource forecasting methodologies.
- Create and maintain templates for repeatable projects, incorporating resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting elements.
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a SaaS / Cybersecurity Global Delivery team Project Manager/Resource Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
- PMP certification.
- Strong understanding of resource management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Identify and resolve resource allocation challenges associated with handling 100-150 projects concurrently, in collaboration with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and accuracy.
