Responsibilities

  • Creation of a detailed business plan to facilitate the attainment of specified goals and quotas into a well-defined geographical territory and market segment
  • Present the Semperis value proposition and associated products to prospective clients and partners
  • Management of the entire sales cycle:
    • Identifying and engaging with qualified prospects
    • Scheduling and leading sales calls/demonstrations
    • Creating and delivering a compelling value proposition
    • Cultivating productive relationships
    • Organizing and executing on successful POCs
    • Building and presenting value-laden proposals that address and satisfy a customer’s most pressing challenges
    • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Develop, Prioritize, and maintain productive working relationships with channel partners within your assigned territory
  • Maintain a productive post-sale relationship to help ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of a renewal, and position Sepmeris for future expansion opportunities
  • Address any-and-all customer complaints and resolve those issues, aiming to maintain healthy client relationships and the preserve the company’s well-regarded reputation
  • Maintain a high-level of Semperis-specific solution/product knowledge as well as a proficient understanding of the underlying Active Directory security market
  • Input accurate and thorough prospect and opportunity information into salesforce.com to ensure a useful and complete record for each, is maintained at all times
  • Utilize the MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology to improve opportunity knowledge and forecast accuracy

 

 

Qualifications for Account Executive

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding specified performance goals / quotas in a commercial (mid-market) sales environment
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful and productive relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to develop compelling sales proposals and negotiate large complex transactions
  • Solid understanding of the cyber security market and where Semperis fits within it
  • Proficient in the use of common productivity software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. as well as, salesforce.com
  • Must be located in one of the following states within The Great Plains (MN; IA; ND; SD; CO; MO; KS; NE)
