The role

As the PMO, you will support new and ongoing product releases from an Ideation through the entire release process cycle. In this process you will take part in planning, tracking and measuring progress towards achieving milestones within scope, time and budget, while ensuring a smooth release process across all functions in the company. The PMO is a centralized focal point for all company’s operation’s stakeholders including C-Level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and tracking the process of a product release lifecycle from product management and all the way to marketing collateral, sales and channel readiness.
  • Collaborating with R&D, QA, product, legal, customer support, marketing, accounting, sales as well as other departments’ leaders to define and prioritize the work flow, both internally and externally, across functional areas to deliver the set project milestones and support the required outcomes.
  • Responsible for the planning and coordination of all projects’ activities – projects’ scope, cost-benefit evaluations, budget, projects’ initiation, resource planning and resource allocation, GANTT fabrication and translating strategy into cross-functional integrated project plans.
  • Ensure we effectively deliver our roadmap, managing change effectively, understanding the value of the project and ensuring the appropriate level of transparency via dashboard, reporting and other communications.
  • Continuously evaluate and document projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, and success criteria.
  • Develop presentations and communicate project status against key project milestones and budget for a broad set of stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding company standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering / MBA or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a PMO from a high-tech company. Significant advantage for an experience from cybersecurity company.
  • Thorough understanding of Project Management practices, principles, and tools.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and release processes within the software industry.
  • Demonstrated project management skills in assisting global teams to meet project goals.
  • Ability to focus on details and technicalities while simultaneously retaining a comprehensive vision of the big picture.
  • Thorough understanding of organizational process and excellent technical skills.
  • Great multi-tasking skills- can juggle several different projects and responsibilities with ease and composure while maintaining strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication (in English) skills, both written and verbal.
