Salsa has over 1300 stores worldwide and now we are opening our first stores in Ireland (Dublin)
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Store Supervisor (Full time) to join our Salsa Blanchardstown Centre store team
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with store operations
- To ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the store
- Achieving Sales and KPI targets
- Leading a team and training staff to reach maximum performance

Our ideal candidate
We look for passionate and motivated team players to work with the store manager to ensure we deliver our monthly sales targets, maintain an excellent level of customer service (leading by example) acting as a brand ambassador
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in a similar work environment (Fashion Retail). Drive passion and energy into your team to deliver on sales and service targets
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Passionate about Retail
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Fluent English
- Must be available both weekday's and weekend's
